And?

So the Yanks sign Headley and we were led to beleive that we had a solid infield going into 2015, much better than how we started out for 2014......and now after this 5 player trade today with the Marlins we have no second baseman plus we give up a starter / reliever that was a known entity. On the surface it certianly looks like Yankee Management is trying to turn the Yanks into nothing more than a mediocre team.

Nowhere man Cashman

Season after season I watch with amazement who Cashmen goes after and who he doesn't. Why would he sign Miller over Robertson? Don't get me wrong, Robertson can keep you on the edge of your seats with his deep counts and putting runners on base BUT we know what he can do. Miller on the other hand...who knows...as usual the big question will be how he can or can't handle N.Y. On the other hand one has to wonder what Robertson is thinking signing with the White Sox.....does he really think this is a good career move and path to the World Series? Ha!

Pathetic

Pineda gives up only 1 run and our offense can't do squat. I can't believe how bad this team is. It reminds me of the days of Jerry Kenny and Horace Clarke. Hard to understand how this team's run production can be so poor. Play-off possibilites are quickly slipping away. Such a crummy send off for DJ. Ugh!

Fuckin asshole

Watching the All-Star game and as everyone in the crowd is chanting Derek Jeter, Derek Jeter, Dereck Jeter I hear some fucking asshole in the background yelling "over rated". The fans around that asshole should beat the crap out of him. As it turns out "Mr. Over rated" doubles and then scroes the first run of the game for the American League. Sooooo, GFY buddy.
