All Star Vote

As is always the case I have voted straight up and down the line for nothing but Yankees for the All-Star game. It was really hard to stay true to my nature by voting all-Yankees when it came to the 3rd baseman. Yes we all know who that is.....Kevin Pukeiless. Oh well, a man's go to do, what a man's go to do.

BTW, I didn't feel one bit foolish voting for 3 Yankees who haven't even played a single inning thus far this season, but then again that should not come as any surprise.

Credit due!

Let's face it I have been ragging on our GM forever. With the way this past off season went (or actually didn't) and with all the early injuries I was really besides myself. BUT.....somehow Brian seems to have pulled it off and pieced together what has the appearances of being a very good team which can certainly go all the way. Great chemistry, great fundamentals, everybody contributing. Good work Brian!

Here we go!

After a long and boring winter we are finally ready for opening day. The game up at West Point against Army was nice. The day was beautiful. Now tomorrow the real season gets going. We better show the Red Sux what a real April's Fools joke is!!!!

Good Ridance

Nice to hear that once the 2013 season is one that the Yankee hating Tim McCarver will be off the fox network. Now we will be able to watch the Yanks on the fox games of the week without having to turn the sound off....unless of course they replace him with an even bigger POS.

It just keeps getting better

So now Tex is out for about as long as Granderson, we have no bench, no first baseman, we are short an outfielder, no punch, no pop, no major league ready prospects.....what a freakin mess.......it's gonna be a long season!

Quit while your ahead

Leave it to our illustrious GM to not be satisfied with jumping out of a plane once without incident but no, he had to go and try his luck a second time. Too bad for him that his luck ran out, and too bad for us that he didn't fall on his head. If he fell on his head it might have knocked some sense into his thick noggin. Recent developments certainly show what kind of risk his snoozing over the winter has placed our team in.....ugh!

Stone Cold

Watching the pre-season game on Sunday was the first time I had the displeasure of seeing Pukeiless in pinstripes....I was deathly afraid that I would turn to stone and be blinded by that most awful of sights.

Juicing

For the record don't expect me to believe that Miguel Cabera is not part of the juicers club...big time!!!!

Now what?

Now that out left / center fielder is going to be out for 10 weeks what is the backup plan for a major league ready replacement....nice work over the winter Brian....what is it you did exactly to strengthen the team????? oh yea, nothing

Shave

So David Price would never sign with the Yankees because of their facial hair policy. Newsflash to Mr. Price, when the team that you play for is the most prolific sports franchise in the history of sports you do what they ask of you. Oh, wait, it is better to play for a team that doesn't have worldwide coverage and NEVER sells out their stadium and has a fish on their uniform, just to be able to wear a beard.....good for you, glad you will never wear the world famous Pinstripes you dope!
